This is a more flexible coaching option if your schedule is all over the place and you don’t want to commit to set session times.

I know a lot of people want guidance, but their weeks don’t look the same every time. It’s hard to stick to fixed sessions when work, family, and everything else keeps shifting. And if you’re working out on your own, it’s easy to feel unsure or fall off track.

This is meant to make that easier.

You’ll have a personalized plan you can follow on your own time, so you’re not trying to fit your life around workouts. We adjust things based on what your week actually looks like, not some perfect schedule. And you still have support along the way, so you’re not just guessing or figuring it out alone.

There’s also accountability, but it’s not intense or overwhelming. It just helps you stay a bit more consistent.

Over time, you start to feel more confident working out on your own, while still knowing you have guidance when you need it. It gives you structure, but in a way that actually fits into your life.
