Small Group Training (2–4 People)

This is a small group training setup, usually just a few people, so it doesn’t feel overwhelming like a big class, but you’re also not doing it alone.

I know a lot of people don’t love large group classes because they can feel chaotic or impersonal. And working out alone can feel intimidating or just hard to stay consistent with. Personal training is great, but it’s not always something everyone wants to jump into right away.

This sits somewhere in the middle.

You’re working out with a small group, so you’re not alone, but you’re also not just another person in a crowd. I still guide you and adjust things based on your level, so you’re not left guessing what to do. The environment is supportive and relaxed, not competitive or intense, just people showing up and doing what they can.

There’s also a natural level of accountability, but it doesn’t feel like pressure. It just helps you show up a bit more consistently.

Over time, most people start to feel more comfortable, more confident, and more at ease with working out. And having that small sense of community really helps too.
